January 20, 2011: Country Rose

A belated Happy New Year to all! Back in the summer I was hitting a few thrift stores here and there for no particular reason. I stumbled upon two fantastic Loretta Lynn style dresses. I couldn't pass them up, only $3 each. Plus, I have a bit of a obsession with late 60s/early 70s country music. Then, enter makeup artist extraordinaire, Sarah Belle, who I had the pleasure of meeting and regularly working with last summer. Turns out she has the same obsession too. And voila, a photo shoot was born.
